| In-Salon Services Policies RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: All Services must be reserved with a credit card including hair and makeup trials. Last minute cancellations are costly to our staff and salon! The cancellation policy will not be waived for illnesses or any other event that does not allow you to keep your appointment. That is why, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you call 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Voice mails left after closing hours will be subjected to the cancellation fees. A 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of services reserved. 24 hour notice or no shows will result in a charge of 100% of services reserved. However, if we are able to book that time slot for the same service, then we will gladly refund your cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up for appointments will be asked to prepay future services. Services over $125: When booking services worth $125+, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card. Please note, that cancellation fee applies even when a deposit has been placed. Deposits Deposits placed for the following services are non-refundable:
We do not accept checks for the following services: Hair Extensions, Lash Extensions, Keratin Hair Treatment, Japanese Bio-Ionic Straightening, Permanent Makeup. We accept local checks only for all other services. Checks must be drawn on a local bank and printed with customer name, address and phone number. Non Sufficient Checks subject to $40 processing fee, non-payment subject to legal action. Brides: We accept mailed in check deposits for your wedding day up to a week before your trial date. However, on your trial date, your deposit to reserve your wedding date must be left on credit card or with cash only! For the traveling hair and makeup team (excluding Naomi & Elise), please have two separate forms of payments for: 1. Trial 2. Deposits to reserve your wedding day RETURNED CHECKS Any returned checks will result in a $40 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered. Confirmation Calls As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your appointments a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. ARRIVAL Your promptness is appreciated. We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled salon/spa service. If you are late, your appointment may be abbreviated or cancelled so as to not inconvenience other customers. However, you will be charged for the full service price! GRATUITIES Cash Gratuities are greatly appreciated by the spa staff. GIFT CERTIFICATES Gift certificates are non-refundable. CHILDREN For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we do not allow children in our salon. PRICES All prices are subject to change without notice. RETURNS We do not accept returns on products |
